Worked on component modifications for manufacturing optimisation or in-service durability, engine system redesign for alternative component supply, improved engine performance or different fuelling options and new engine design. Projects included two spark ignition gas engine conversions, two engine uprate projects and the design of all air, exhaust, oil and water systems for a new engine

As a manager oversaw the development of the RK280 and its release into commercial production and also lead the design of a brand new family of engines from clean-sheet design to commercial release. Also led on engine and component failure investigations, manufacturing process discussions, engine application design and project management.

Have trained personal performance skills in a formal classroom environment and in one-to-one coaching. Devised and written business procedures and work practices .
